Does anyone with a powermeter or otherwise know how many calories you burn riding off road vs riding on the road at the same speed? I'm assuming it's a bit more effort because of the surface and bumps.
Just rode 60 km out the Lea river towpath and back, and Strava has calculated 900 cals for the effort, which seems low for how dead my legs are.
