I've become a bit addicted to doenjang, it's like the funky lovechild of miso and Marmite, it's nice how it's meant to be used but it's also great just used to umami stuff up or even with a small amount spread on toast or a bigger amount spread on toast under hummus, has that aged cheese kinda thing going on.
