Looks like DVB deviates, obstructs and endangers.

Not a chance. Honestly, if you think that is a dirty sprint then you are in for a real shock.

Painted lanes would solve nothing.

I don’t think it’s a dirty sprint. That’s subjective.

I think contravenes 5.1.

Why would you be against painted lanes? Visual reference points for sprinters and commissaires would clearly help.

Re painted lines, if you’re on someones wheel and going faster, how are you then supposed to get round them?
