Corbyn & King fostered a fantastic culture amongst their staff and were always well spoken of by the team members that I’ve worked with.
I found it hard to reconcile that with a meeting I attended a few years back where JK argued that if the service charge wasn’t kept by his restaurants they’d be unprofitable.
