Waiting on a delivery from the Athletic community online shop in the US with USPS. It seems to have completely stalled since it got to the UK, and there is no way of contacting USPS that I can find by phone or email. Anyone have this experience and know what to do?

When I've had stuff from USPS in the past its come through royal mail/parcel force. Have you tried the tracking number on the RM site?

It’s probably going through customs. They can take as long as they like processing something. Once released it will be given a new U.K. tracking number. From there you’ll be able to track it

Perfect thanks 🙏🏻
It is with Royal Mail and they tried to deliver on 17th. Things that are genuinely idiotic about this customer experience:
1). No mention from USPS that the parcel is passed to royal mail and that to continue tracking the item you need to use the rm site.
2). RM didn't leave a note when they tried to deliver.
3). I now have to download a royal mail app to arrange redelivery, and give them a load of superfluous personal data in the process which will inevitably get hacked.
4). When I finally download the app and reset my password, I can't login into it because it is experiencing high demand.Genuinely can't think of a worse customer experience other than if they had burned the parcel in front of me on my doorstep.

And now this happens each time I try and login on the app

Shouldn’t need the app to arrange redelivery. You can do it on the desktop site, not sure about mobile.

A pleasing coda to this tale of woe. I went to collect from the post office because I couldn't get the app to login, and when I collected the parcel the Athletic had sent me a nice hand written note. Socks are as good as ever so worth ordering now they are up and running again.

No point in contacting USPS once it is out of their hands.

The courier so good they changed their name
I got a package coming from the states (universal cycles)
they say it was attempted to be delivered at 2.44am saturday...
I guess this is us time and it was saturday morning here
but no card was left and no card or atempt again today.
Im guessing it has to be parcel force with this kinda carry on?
