Can I use a 9 speed group on a 10/11 speed wheelset?

No problem. Usually a 10 speed hub will take 8,9 and 10 speed cassette, and 10/11 speed hubs take 11 without the spacer, and 8,9,10 with the spacer.

Hi, sorry if I didn't get a spacer with my wheelset would a standard bike shop sell this? Cheers!
