Build quality, how true is it? Weight? Also does it sound sweet?

Caveats..I've not heavily scrutinised it and don't have a frame of reference for other disc wheels. There is nothing to suggest it isn't true but will try to take a closer look next week. I'll have to do a weigh-in with tyre on.

The finish of the internals is excellent, as any LB rim. If you look very closely at the outside you can notice the odd minor defect. It's not immaculate like a set of their rims but must be harder to layer up. No real complaints about it, the pizza layup is done well.

It setup tubeless easily, managed to wrestle on a GP5000 TL in 25c. As you'd expect, getting it pumped up is a pain & this is one side entry.

The noise has been a little underwhelming so far, only really gets going when rocking the bike/climbing but I've also got a rather noisy chain on right now. Suspect it's noisier for the people around me.

Enjoyed a fast group ride out to Windsor on it.

  • Are there cog threads on that nds? Or is it just quickly fitted in that picture? I dont know if I've ever seen a dual sided thread track disc before, kinda interesting.

Its an annoying thing with discs that unless you're going quite slowly and depending on how loud they are you can't really hear it yourself.

Yup, there are threads on both sides. Think it's a fairly generic track hub in there.
