Where I live there is a mini roundabout off the big road to the residential streets and turning across, with right of way over on-coming traffic, it is probably a 10% chance they will not stop.
Most of the time you can tell if they are going to stop, but some times it catches you by surprise.
Recently I saw they were not going to stop, so I went a bit, stopped before being killed and then jammed my thumb on the horn. Total ignorance.
