Pro-cycling thread

Once someone put a bottle of plastic water in a pillow when we were kids. Safe to say it didn't end well, for either kid.
Plus everyone knows you have it in the case, then fold the pillow in half and stuff it at the bottom, spin the material. Then you can do it proper.
