I’ve got a Polaris PBK rain jacket. Black.
I’m 6ft with a 38 inch chest and this fits me fine. It zips up high at the front. It can be folded up and tucked in the back pocket but but not as small as some on the thinner rain capes.
There is some slight cosmetic damage to the inside at the bottom but it has no effect on performance.
How would £18 posted sound?
