My 60 year old Europiccola is boringly reliable and consistent. It’s quick too, aside from the heat up. Not sure I could be bothered with a manual grinder every morning.

I mean it literally takes 20 seconds. Granted, I only make coffee for myself. But still. It's no big deal.

That's not bad at all! Probably takes about the same to grind 2 doses in my electric.

It's odd the routines we get used to. The Mrs can't be bothered to make espresso, so makes french press. I can't be bothered with taking the pot apart to wash it and clean the screen so make espresso.
