Thanks, can't ever see myself riding below 28mm really.

Definitely WR rims then. I use ARs with 25mm tyres. For 28mm+ go WR.

Depending on the tyre, a 28mm on WR rims comes up around 30-32mm. My 32mm tyres come up at 35mm.
