Nearly finished this off for my girlfriend, just need to trim the mudguard stays I think. Might need a shorter stem and a lower gear.

Couldn´t resist when these came for sale nearby, Suntour XCD 6000 from late 80s (I believe).
Very nice condition and veeery large brake levers.
The shifters are buttery.Just need a bike to fit them on.

Understandable! They look like very nice units.
Can you adjust the angle of the cable exit from the shifter? -
• #129612
Cheers.
The whole unit is adjustable, see picture from the underside.

Pwoah!
This is the first time I've been excited by integrated shifting units.
They definitely warrant a build of their own! -

Did you buy this off me/my mate back in 2013 or something?

I got bored of my road bike so I put risers on it
(I'm building a new road bike)
I'm going to put a rack on it next
Maybe two racks

Singular finally arrived on Friday. Thrown some parts at it today, and I'm not sold on how it looks. Pictured with 700x38s, and they look absolutely tiny on the frame.
Edit with better photo

Mudguards will fill the gaps a bit

I preferred the All City tho 😬

I'm not sold on how it looks.
Throw on the biggest tyre you can fit, and it will look awesome.
I also think polished parts (finishing kit, cranks) would really nicely contrast the frame. But that's not to everyone's taste.

I thought I got it off eBay from Japan, but I could be wrong, that is around the time I brought it
Thanks for measuring! And strange with the geometry. Maybe a model from a different year or so - or they were resizing it quite strange.
And good to know with the long reach brakes, at least its not an issue of filing them so much down, that they get open (which I wouldn't really want to do). Lets see if we reposition the canti studs a s well...gonna keep you updated.
