tried no helmet or different sunglasses?
Both sound suggestions, alongside proper hydration and position. Of course, the real answer is usually a new bike 🙂

Cheers, I don't generally wear sunglasses, although I may start, since I'm slightly susceptible to migraines and flashing light through hedgerows may not be ideal.
What's your suspicion with regard to how sunglasses or helmet might be causing headaches?

Has anyone else suffered from a headache after riding? It happens to me too frequently to be just chance. I suspect that it's a combination of riding position putting too much strain on my shoulders and neck, plus a touch of dehydration, but I'd be interested to hear any other thoughts.
