Oof that is lovely. Not sure on the price with the couplers however I can say that my black roadshark with a woundup fork was $400, not factoring in shipping + tax on import.
This is spendy but sick paint job and couplers make it an interesting one..

Whatever you are willing to pay, sold my track frame for about that.
