Some serious shedding going on!
I'm, slowly*, building a lean to against our outhouse. 3x1.8m. It will be 1.8 high on the right and about 2.5 against the wall, pitched roof, obviously.
Decking floor, C16 timber skeleton, and cladded with feather edge.
Not sure on windows yet and I'll build a braced and ledged door.*Got a 5 month old boy, so anything not payed work, or daddying, doesn't get much allocated time.

Got to say having a porch / overhang by the doors is a really good idea for so many reasons.

dredge; I have OSB and insulation behind it, if I were to use this pegboard to hang tools would I be able to do it with just normal screws or something like Gripit or Fischer nylon plugs? N00b question I know.
-
• #438
I've fitted them to the vertical back of a ply workbench without trouble before, and we didnt do anything fancy then. Was a while back but if it has been a pain I would remember more about it

How thick is the OSB?
If it's 18mm, just use screws.
If it's 11mm, screws are more likely to pull through, but you'll be fine if you have enough of them.
Possibly.

Yeah, OSB can be a bit splintery, but as @TW says, just use more screws. Or if you know where the framework sits behind it (I imagine you can go by the screws already in the OSB holding it to the frame) screw into that with longer screws.

Peg boards are usually* for hanging, so there would be less chance of pull out (as the weight will be almost perpendicular to the fasteners), making it even less stressful.
*unless you have something big and bulky hanging off it and cantilevered way out.

they are 18mm

Also worth factoring in any spacers you might need to create the necessary offset to get hooks in easily.
From reading too many reviews, some boards don't come with any.

Anyone got an 8'x6' shed they use to keep bikes in? Just shopping around at the moment and finding it difficult to picture how much or little space I'll have once a couple of bikes are in there.
-
• #445
I've got one (with two bikes in) - I'll take a pic later if I get a chance

Thanks! Looks do-able if i'm tidy...
My partner got me a workbench last Christmas so I might have to convince her that one of those 1200L plastic storage units is necessary to keep the lawnmower and stuff in so its not too stuffed in the 'main' shed.

I built this for gardening crap. This is all at the old flat. I have a 15' x 10' coming on 13th which I am over excited about.

Ideal, I'll let you know tomorrow...
