Fully mental.
Very happy that our last (and hopefully final for a long time) move was super straight forward. First time buyers with large deposit buying ours > moving to a new build.
@Howard - they were just a couple moving house. They'd been there for around 20 years but it's not like they were being forced to sell or moved into a home. They decided to sell, the process sorting the chain was around 7 months and then, on the last day, she decided she didn't want to move.
Shouldn't have fucking sold it then.
