Chip doing ANOTHER crowdfunding round? Didn't they just finish the last one?
-
• #3331
Yeah. The rationale on the call last week was that the last one raised more from the crowd than expected, to the point where what was left wasn't worth offering to a VC.
And expect another one shortly, but for bigger money (40m I think was touted) but that one actually being a VC round, as EIS will also have been exhausted by then. -

If anyone's planning on moving their ISA into something ethical, CIRCA5000 are offering a £100 bonus for referrer and referred accounts apparently. You can build investments around clean water, renewable energy, open pharma projects, that sort of thing. Gives you the warm fuzzies. https://circa5000.com/invite?referrer=TWF0dGhldyBTcGFya2Vz&code=156311.755006

-
• #3342
Aren't they going to split too? Have they announced what it will be?
-
• #3343
Not yet - just that they had the option of issuing up to 300million shares (from the current 76m) and are increasing that to 1billion. So I guess they could do up to 13-1.
Edit - proposing an option to increase to up to 1billion shares

not yet, lots of headless chickens running around reddit trying to predict what exactly will happen
the famed 741 posts might have foretold what it will be though ?

Cool. 0.1% as we head into a cost of living crisis. Economy's circling the drain it seems
If you can avoid cashing out of these right now, I would. Look at the cost of removing it (tax etc) vs. scrabbling it together from elsewhere.
