However, it's for rim brakes rather than disc brakes so I'm not sure why I offered it to the OP here. I guess you're looking for disc too? It also doesn't have any mudguard mounts...

@dinosaur do you still have the fork?
I'm after the same as the OP, needs to be about 375mm a-c, have mudguard mounts and be able to clear 28c with guards / 23c with.
Steerer can be quite short, need to measure but for a slammed ~12/13cm headtube.
