Getting a handle on bar tape: the tape thread

On a similar note, has anyone used old inner tubes as bar tape

@si_mon628 Yeah, I found it works pretty good. I cut it in half first (lengthways) and wash it, then wrap with the underside showing, so it resembles normal tape. It can also go under bar tape to add cushioning.
