I’m 175cm on a 54cm R5. Could have gone for a size smaller, but this fits fine.

cervelos size big, in my opinion a 56cm r would be someone 176-8cm upwards.
the r series size less big than the s series (aeros) so you might be fine, but will most likely need a short stem which will modify the handling.thew bb area looks okay to me, like the paint was damaged from chain drops and touched-up / painted over.

Going to try out as many bike sizes as possible. I am only 170cm so 56 might be a little big. Do Cervelos size small? Will take it to a bike shop before I buy it to check out the paint.
