Also can you make me a bike, I know you don't love me bit I'll wait and be less picky than your daughter

It will be a long game ðŸ¤
But of course I'll make you a bike. Just don't know when I'll find the time

It was alright

Had ten minutes today during nap so quickly finished pedals and mounted cranks and chain.
We had a couple of rides around the block with me supporting her. Not a massive success so I'll remove the cranks again. I was just tempted to see if she would just ride off but there is too much going on still and she can't focus on keeping her balance and pedalling at the same time. I'll try again in a week or two.

I think I might have mentioned it before, but when we transitioned our kids to pedal bikes, I just carried a pedal spanner and whipped the pedals on/off as they were getting used to pedalling.
it was easier than taking the cranks out and the cranks provided them with somewhere to rest their feet when they were getting more confident at 'gliding' -

Fair enough. I'll try that, but these cranks take less time to take off than the pedals and no seat stays mean the chain is pretty easy to take off as well although it requires wheel removal

Don't want to teach you to suck eggs, but do you have any more child friendly pedals? They look like they might be a bit slippy and brutal on the shins

I was also thinking that it's about time she went clipless

Looks darker here than on Carbel's IG. Good job regardless, must be nice for you to see it all finished and ready to go!

I might edited them a bit hard. Here's the original from Jens Arne.
I'll take my own photos when I'm Copenhagen next time.

Sorry holy one. Ill be better.
Good day out testing the new bike.
I am modifying some small Exustar pedals to be even smaller and then I'll mount cranks and chain. Braking is fine for her already.
