as for what I've been listening to lately - lots of "international anthem" releases. seems like that label just can't miss

Thanks for the recommendations, Iβll check them out tonight.
I agree about International Anthem too. -

The musical interlude all the time is really fucking annoying. Love the section towards the end when he takes Morris the Magpie in πππ

Not vintage Jam by any means but worth the price of entry for Weller's perfect 'fack orf' π
Plus Rick Buckler's bass tone

Ha. It was doing my head in but then I just started to find it funnier and funnier. A bit like Stewart Lee.

Such an incredible tune. Thanks for the anti-war mixtape links as well, great tracklist on both. Downloaded for listening at work next week!

The debut solo Album 'Marianna' by the Bloto quartet and EABS keyboardist Marek PΔdziwiatr, under the name Latarnik. Stunning solo piano album, released today. Just need to wait for my vinyl version to arrive now. π

I never actually look at what people post in this, I just drop random shit in here.
But I saw Barnes and thought "Aussie" and then saw Lazy and thought "Deep Purple?" and was curious enough to click. It is actually a Lazy cover and it is actually Barnsey. Well, who knew there was a Machine Head covers album? Not me. Ta, gonna send this to my old man (who will hate it but he might play the original at excessive volume and that will make me happy)

you might also like michael rother's "sterntaler", "katzenmusik" and "flammende herzen" if you like that - a little more propulsive in places but similarly laid back. perfect spring music imo
