  • When I've had stuff from USPS in the past its come through royal mail/parcel force. Have you tried the tracking number on the RM site?

    It is with Royal Mail and they tried to deliver on 17th. Things that are genuinely idiotic about this customer experience:

    1). No mention from USPS that the parcel is passed to royal mail and that to continue tracking the item you need to use the rm site.
    2). RM didn't leave a note when they tried to deliver.
    3). I now have to download a royal mail app to arrange redelivery, and give them a load of superfluous personal data in the process which will inevitably get hacked.
    4). When I finally download the app and reset my password, I can't login into it because it is experiencing high demand.

    Genuinely can't think of a worse customer experience other than if they had burned the parcel in front of me on my doorstep.
