I was thinking to sell it. Depends how it turns out. The jacket is a very baggy medium, somewhere between M and L. With armour, it’s still too baggy for me to wear comfortably.

The jacket also has a lot of age-related wear, so this one will not be super clean. I will leave paint splatter and rough up the capsule once it is finished. It wouldn’t look right, being clean-edged.

I don’t know what happened to the spares. I had a few, and a few that were in parts ready to assemble. I will see about making some more though - I need to put one on the Blackbird’s screen.

Thanks. It’s a bit shinier now that it’s been sealed with a polishing of beeswax. Gotta decide where to list it for sale and what’s reasonable, or else wait for a cheap-fees event on ebay I guess.

GITS at the imax again...

Regarding Akira stickers…Found 3 spares.

I don’t like the almost-impossible-to-avoid bubbles on these. Unless I find some thicker vinyl it is very difficult to apply clean.

I thought the trick was to use water when applying?

Can be, but vinyl-vinyl can react a bit different to vinyl-glass

What size are they?
And do you want to sell me one?

Forgot to say last week a friend gave me this as a gag gift. Not sure they expected me to be so grateful…!

Gotta catch 'em all!

A mate has been waiting since I made the leather one, but finally I painted him his own. I told him to source a burgundy Harrington style jacket but he bought bright red. Anyway, slight variation on the design to suit the polycotton.
