Feel ya. Have you tried setting the runaround on images to something less jumpy and then making sure all pics get set Send to Back, while reordering?
I have frequent long-dark-night-of-the-soul interactions with Word because of the amount of policy, procedural and general support collateral I am having to produce. I’m actually thinking of paying for a Creative Cloud subscription out of my own pocket (and then posting in I Hate about it).
