Parts bin Roberts build. Needs nicer wheel set. Was thinking tb14s at some point
Chain line is completely off and a change of BB will sort that.

After building the Roberts up, I actually never rode it. Mainly due to the weird chainline of the Sugino RD2's, but recently I've been really craving riding fixed - probably due to the sunny weather.
So got myself some 75s with a slightly nicer stem and uno seatpost on the way. Thinking of potentially getting some drops and pink bar tape on there aswell...
Getting some creaking when putting power through the pedals, so regreased and tightened EVERYTHING to no success. Having played around with the drivetrain, I'm pretty sure my rear cog is just a little worn down and needs replacing. I've got little faith removing that lockring though, its been on there for YEARS. Could be an excuse for a new wheelset though...
Going to ride it as is and see if I can ignore the creaking.

What size is that Cannondale frame, and how tall are you?
What steam size are you riding? -
• #34
54cm - I'm around 5'10.
On the Cannondale I have a 120mm. 140mm on the Roberts at the moment

I'm building also a Caad5 - r900si (in a dark blue to light blue faded colour), and is 52 seat tube / 54 top tube (c-t-c),
i've bought a 90mm, but not sure if it is too short, as i'm also +/- 5'10Thanks for the info :)

Depends on your dimensions really. My legs are shorter than my upper body, so it works for me.
Yeah definitely! Preferably matchy Thomson stem and seat post - the stem was just one from the bin.
There is a lot going on, maybe need to change out the tan sidewalls for all black...
