This service has over 5,000 daily users, is technically the largest GP practice in the UK and is making lots of money. There is no way that the Tories will not try to push further towards this model. At this point I really feel that the days of the free NHS have already ended.
FWIW, I don't think you need to feel remotely conflicted. You're simply using a service that's available and which you can afford. You're not depriving anyone of anything, in fact you're probably freeing up an appointment!
