Can’t see the Wout salary being accurate since he renegotiated last year with competing interest from Ineos.

Nothing found so far to be of concern for Colberelli and will undergo further tests.
I’d have thought unlikely that’ll he’ll race again, can’t imagine insurance will be possible. Is there precedent?
-

What insurance are you thinking of?
If there is no underlying problem, and he passes all UCI health checks, then I think it'll be his decision if he returns or not. Hopefully he'll take his time and consult with a range of experts on possible issues before any decision is made.
Added later: Apparently the cause was an 'unstable cardiac arrhythmia'. I can think of quite a few pro cyclists who've suffered from tachycardia, Stuart O'Grady for one, so it doesn't seem to be necessarily career ending.

Never did steve Cummings any harm either.

I’d have thought there were several insurance hurdles depending on his employment status.
Also don’t riders need to be insured to compete? Maybe the UCI health check clearance would satisfy that though. -

An arrhythmia getting to the point of haemodynanic instability requiring defibrillation is unlikely to be just a simple tachycardia - more likely a serious arrhythmia, potentially with underlying structural cause a la all the collapsing footballers, which require a more cautious approach.

All the illness in the peloton seems mad. Woods suggesting it might be exposure to illness after so long isolated, for effectively immunosuppressed athletes, causing it. Haven't seen much else addressing it directly.

The latest series of The Least Expected Day is coming to Movistar+ next week. Still not clear if it’ll make it to Netflix.

You'd hope that riders collapsing with unexplained arrhythmias would discourage teams from experimenting with drugs that cause heart irregularities, e.g. Tizanidine. Probably won't though.

Ben Tullett takes the queen stage of the Coppi-Bartali race in Italy. His first pro win, I think?

Not sure if you're referring to it but interesting that ^ directly names Bahrain Victorius

More young riders showing plenty already this year in Tulett, Ayuso and Johanessen.
