I replaced my front level caliper with a Guide. Still has the Level lever, but needed a new hose.

MTB geometry question. I currently ride a Sonder Dial M with a 60mm stem and flat bar. Saddle set up like on my road bike. Seems fine.
I want to try a Carbonda FM936 full sus frame but can't decide on S or M. Based on stack/reach alone (like I would on a road bike), the S is the obvious choice. However I feel like I'm missing something with the new age mtb geometry and 77 degree seat angle.
Should I be riding with my saddle further forward (and hence reach way less) so a M would work better?
If I bought a S, would I even be able to get the saddle into my roadie position with a 77 degree seat angle? Would it be further forward and reach too small?

I think this chap has an interesting take on bike fit.
https://www.leelikesbikes.com/dynamic-mtb-fit
The bike rotates around the BB so what is important for dynamic bike fit is the distance from bars to BB. It is a very different take than stack/reach but focuses on getting the bike setup to make it optimal for hinge positions and rowing/pushing the bars.

My shock pump is semi-borked, you don't know if it's going to say "ERR" or work.
What's a good shock pump to replace it with that won't be annoying?

I've got the Syncros analogue and the Rockshox digital and they both seem to work well
Can't promise they won't become annoying in the future though, so am waiting patiently for Silca to introduce one which will cost me several hundred pounds

Tried at Adidas clip in trailcross, nice for cycling, shit for hiking. The clasp dug into my foot and the heal still slipped. Shame as they're nice and breathable. The bon clip in would be better for walking, but I like to ride clipped. And I still wouldn't buy them as the grip didn't seem all that. Why they made the sole tread like that I don't know.

Brief spin round the block so yeh I think/ hope so! They’ll be right by the time I get warmed up and do a little recce I’m sure
Yeh cleaning it just showed up what a mess this frame is and what a tough winter of being gritty sandpapered it’s had!

Anyone got a stash of 8mm crush washers for Rockshox forks? It's all I need to service my Pikes and they seem surprisingly hard to get hold of.

Anyone got a 100-120mm 29er fork they want rid of before I buy a new one? Will need a fair bit of steerer due to giant bike

Right, shall we have another go at getting a few of us out to PDS? Or should we just go whenever and see if anyone else is there?

• #23522
Nope but I have a Marzocchi Transfer dropper for sellz. If you buy another one you could gaffer them together and make a fork.

I was watching a test of an Ohlins 36, in which the chap said that the use of an air chamber for ramp up was good because it didn't impact travel in the same way that a token did.
That's not my understanding of how this works - am I wrong?
