Maybe your classic Shimergo setup? 10-sp Campy shifters, 9-sp Shimano cassette and derailleur. There's a slightly different way to clamp the cable on the derailleur: https://www.cyclinguk.org/cyclists-library/components/transmission-gears/derailleur-gears/shimergo.

Looks like its an XT mech, either a 9 speed M772 or a 10 Speed M773
