That's nice. Kitchen a bit weird but possibly makes sense in actual use.
G2 listing basically, unless you're planning on having additions to the footprint or height of building, changing the windows, or painting it pink, your alright. Worth reading up on exactly why it's listed. Could just be the frontage, or that someone vaguely important was born there!
