For the avoidance of any doubt it is not a £50 knife. But it's definitely better than your usual cheap knife and excellent vfm.
I'm not gonna lie and say the price wasn't a major motivation in my purchase, but mainly I don't have a Nakiri and haven't used one before. So it was a bit of a PoC for me.
I haven't seen the Professional knifes, but I did get a steel from the Professional X50 range and it is very well finished.
Whats the buzz about these X50s? Are they any good or are people just buying them because they are cheapz?
