I don't think there are any actual restaurants on Francis Rd.
Last time I looked, there were a couple of coffee shops and delis but nothing that would really qualify as a restaurant, unless I missed something.

My partner and I really like Yardarm, very hard to find opening hours/menus etc but we have had some really good small plates style meals there with nice beer/wine.
Good tasty food and portions vs price ratio was reasonable.
We had things like a fishcake in a tartare cream, really good chicken wings, padron peppers etc.Edit, just found a post on FB from Feb, looks like they closed the wine bar for a bit, it's open again but not as much of a food offering.

Mora on the Highroad is great! Singburi is delicious as well (maybe not anniversary though)
