Now that I've started going back to the office and it's stopped being windy as fuck I'm trying to work out bike options. Baby is a few months off 2. Looking for something to ride to nursery and then carry on to the office and also a bit of relaxed riding around at the weekends.
I'm a shortarse with poor flexibility. Current bike is a small Kona Honky Inc. It's got rack fittings but I'm pretty sure I'm not flexible enough to get on a bike without swinging a leg over the back. I've also got a Genesis Io ID but I'm not too keen on the high bottom bracket which doesn't make it feel that stable (which I guess is an issue with a fair few MTBs) and a Brompton.
Other option seems to be a weeride but this isn't recommended for bikes with drop bars (and I am guessing isn't great with small bikes).
So, any suggestions on how to make something work with my current bikes or what to look for in something new? Would prefer not to go full on dutch bike but open to options.
