Cassette doesn't make any difference in Shimano/Sram land.

Shifter to rear mech is where you need to check. MTB 10s = dynasys, so nothing from road world will work with it. Road 10s = could be one of several pull ratio.
If you have a dynasys 10s MTB flat bar shifter then you'll need a dynasys 10s MTB rear mech. Loads to choose from.
All you'll need to worry about is going below a 34t and it being for 11 speed road spaced freehubs only when your freehub for a big ol' MTB cassette is probably 8/9/10.
