Thanks for the offer but I think I‘ll stick with the black one for now - don‘t really need any more saddles tbh.
@MisterMikkel thanks for the input, I also think black would be a better choice, will give them a try.

No worries, I didn‘t take it as criticism :) I actually wanted aluminium rims because of the brake performance and general reliability. To me it’s pretty much perfect as it stands - as in, I don’t see much room/need for changes at this point. Only needs to be ridden more regularly. As for the stem, I didn’t like it initially but it‘s beautifully designed from a technical point of view - so I came to appreciate it over time. And Can totally relate to your saddle dilemma, re-wrapping a mint red one would be a shame and it looked really nice on the de rosa. If I changed the saddle on the Time, it would be a flite - as on almost all of my other bikes :) red saddle doesn‘t look too bad either:
