The Bolshoi's prima ballerina is against the war. She's quit. I wonder whether the Russian public will find out? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-60767490

Bread prices in Italy have nearly doubled. In Norway people are panic buying iodine. Big problems expected in Somalia, where 90% of wheat comes from Ukraine or Russia https://www.ft.com/content/43ed293b-2a0d-4f18-8039-3ff2d728b9a4

My dad buys (used to before this kicked off) grain by the ship full from Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. That’s all organic stuff for the U.K. which will probably rocket even more in price. Conventional also a problem. The alternative route for Kazakh wheat avoiding Russia is via train through Iran which comes with its own issues as you can imagine.

I want to believe but can’t imagine Russia having different colour suits just lying around?
Putin must be pissed tho LOL -

I was wondering the opposite thing. It surely must take a while to make a flight suit. Could these have been made in anticipation of victory? Rock up to the space station in a mix of Russian and Ukrainian colours stating that once separated brother peoples are now united in happiness.

Everyone is forgetting that space isn't real so it's just a few adjustments in post.

I'm ill, I meant space.

Unfortunately that seems to be the prevailing opinion from space analysts. The suits would have taken a month to make, and the mission launch date coincides with the national day to celebrate the annexation of Crimea. So yeah, state PR gaff rather than brave stunt from anti war people in Roscosmos.
I have seen some people saying that Russian media was reporting that the yellow in the suits was because of the local regional colours of where the cosmonauts are from. Which would be a first, very odd and convenient…

Behold the master race indeed! All of them pudgy, pasty faced weirdos who've never had consensual sex without paying for it first.

As starfish mentioned seems that this could be taken either way.
Have read that the change was designed a while ago.
