League have rejected our appeal over Allan’s red card. Genuinely struggling to think how anyone can justify that as a red.

Studs showing, off the ground and don’t want the intent debate but he knew he wasn’t getting to the ball. Can see it as a yellow but certainly don’t think it’s a harsh red either. Think Everton were misguided to challenge it

You’re right he’s not getting the ball, but watch it in real time and it’s really not that bad. I fear I’m turning into one of “those” people, but if Fernandinho or Thiago make that challenge there’s not a chance in hell they get a red, or a VAR review. Fernandinho probably doesn’t even get booked.
