She has a steel gravel bike. Plan is to make that full time grav, sell her road bike and get her a newer di2, hydro disc road bike.

Also, who the fuck is paying £8k for a SWorks Tarmac? Can someone point me to their 2nd-hand market...

Ha! I'm currently enjoying the buzz (and fear) my 2006 Sworks Tarmac complete with old school Powertap Zipp 404s. Been ages since I've used rim brakes. It's quite nimble and feels fast... almost as if it was a race bike...

has anyone routed a di2 endurace of ultimate CF disc for rear brake? Not much on the internet about routing; I assume I have to take the BB out and route the new hose?

Yeah, you'll need to take the cranks and bb out to be able to get enough access.
