My logic is, longs can be under socks as they are not removable mid-ride; warmers should not be under socks as they are a removable item. I would put both over socks, FYI.

Horner thinks those cobbles (+associated travel) will have knackered him for MSR and that he bonked at PN.

I can’t imagine any circumstances where I’d fancy him to win it if Pogacar made it to the bottom of the Poggio anyway.

He has beaten Pogacar in a reduced sprint before. 2020 LBL for example.

I’d love to see Rog and Pog scamper off together, pulling turns to stay away from the bottom of the Poggio, crossing the line hand-in-hand. Photo finish gives it to Rog, but Pog’s chill about it.
