    As we get older Tester and I seem to be more and more in agreement.

    Quite aside from the safety issue, tribars pretty much invalidated the whole heritage of existing TT records at a stroke.

    Yes 'actual facts' don't have much influence - my impression is that there is a slave like following of what the pros do; that's why I'm inclined to think CTT would change.

    However, there does seem to be a feeling in the air that there's some virtue in using road bikes for TT's, is there not?
