no it has this wedge shape thing that makes the arms rotate, it needs little pull to work, so set-up correctly it is pretty satisfying.
On paper a good design, but everything surrounding it makes it tricky. cable routing, tiny adjustement screws, access, the crazy aero flaps.... -

TBF, apart from the training wheels and junior gears, that ticks a few HHSRB boxes. It’s just a terrible ensemble and the reputational damage of riding an English at this point is not worth thinking about.

Slammed with a 130mm stem I would agree. Ridden by a sleeveless with no socks, not do much.
