Yeah this. Almost feels weird that we don’t all have black boxes (if you ignore all the gammon rage that would result from it).
If I’m going anywhere near 20 and I’m behind a cyclist, I’ll just happily cruise along behind them. It’s rare that I don’t then have some apoplectic twunt right up behind me, furious that I’m not as cross and impatient as they are. I think being forced to drive at a legal speed would actually calm a lot of these people down a bit. Probably save the NHS a few quid in the process.

Plus some people will do 30 in them instead of 40 in a 30 zone. Black box all the cars.
