On a divergent note, what are the prospects of getting decent fish and chips or cornish pasty in Delhi?

poor, I mean no way you can get that

masala fish and chips common in goa being coastal and gets lots of western tourists

it was sort of rhetorical, as I have visited a dozen times, but then again I have never been dumb enough to try and get 'english' food.
