Yeah, it's a fairly new movement design, not based on the x861, 4hz, coaxial, hand wound, hacking, antimagnetic, vertical clutch, column wheel. Like I said, the pusher feel is worlds nicer than the x861 movement. Feels modern.
Only quirk is that the movement has a "time zone" function, ie the second position jumps the hour hand in 1hr increments. Pretty cool, but it means the date version - like in the '57 - has no quickset date.
