I've made a crappy plain bearing out of some nylon washers that I'm hoping will get me the 15 miles home again so the pedal's currently on my bike - I'm guessing that the bearing size is 607...

I've never pulled these type of looks apart before so I'm not clear on how I'm going to eject the outer bearing race now that it's no longer attached to a bearing assembly...
