Which model number Clio is it. If is a rear drum brake, any garage can do it and with a press it is a sub hour job. Sure it is that one ;) I've made that mistake before.
As for checking a wheel bearing if there is play that can be felt with the wheel off the ground, maybe wheel off there is little other way to tell other than stripping a bearing out to see the faces and rollers of the bearing.

After a recommendation from a mate, I've taken my car to DMP Autos for service & MOT for the last couple of years. Nothing major needed to be done, but they seem like good guys. They are just off Holloway Rd on George's Rd (just south of Holloway Rd tube station).

@lynx and all, good mechanic to work on wheel bearings? Offside rear is gone on the Clio and I’d like them all checked out. I’m in the N1 region.
