Hey man. I may have exactly what you're after. I'm a little over 6f4.
Big 'ol Bob Jackson track frame...
Looks like your standard single speed, but has a sneaky 3 speed sturmey hub (I do have a cover for it also) It gets up to some surprising speeds...also helpful in the hilly parts of the city.
It served me well.
I'm in Central London if you ever want to get it a test ride. I also recently replaced the cables so its ready to go.
