  • I think that goes for most places, at least in my experience. I buy most of my used records from Discogs, but sometimes it’s just nice to browse in a record shop.

  • There are some good jazz represses around at the moment though. Blue Note seems to have sorted the pressing problems with the early releases.

  • Re-issues are certainly the way to buy Blue Note, 'cos lol at buying some of the 1st or 2nd pressings now.

    Away from Blue Note (and Prestige, Riverside etc) though there's still some really nice 50s/60s pressings you can pick up for less than the price of some re-issues.
